Have an authentic car?
If you have a CotAC-eligible vehicle (i.e., 1948 or earlier, unmodified, not customized or ‘hot-rodded,’ either restored or not restored), simply come on the day of the show and make a donation to the Southeastern Railway Museum in any amount. Pre-registration is not required! Please call (404) 610-4524 if you have any questions regarding your vehicle’s eligibility for the event.
No car? No problem!
If you do not have a CotAC-eligible vehicle, please attend the event anyway! Simply purchase a regular admission to benefit the train museum and you will have full access to the CotAC show (as well as to the entire 35-acre train museum complex) and your vehicle will be placed in the companion lot adjacent to the show field. Note that museum admission includes a short ride on either its full-size historic train or the miniature park train.
The CotAC show hours for attendees are from 9 AM to 3 PM, but entrants may start arriving with their CotAC-eligible vehicles at 7 AM. The train museum will be open for visitation during its regular hours of 10 AM to 5 PM. Trailer parking will be available on the secured museum property on Friday night, May 19, and Sunday night, May 20. If you need access to the trailer parking after the museum closes Friday night or before it opens Sunday morning, simply call (404) 610-4524.
The Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Duluth, at 3141 Hill Street NW, just a mile and a half from the museum, has reserved a small block of rooms for Friday through Sunday at the special rate of $139 per night for CotAC exhibitors. Use this link to book online: https://tinyurl.com/ybjjendd or call (866) 628-9889. Pleasebook no later than May 15 and be sure to ask for the special car show rate! There will be a local food vendor on the property on Saturday and there are also dozens of great restaurants within a few miles of the museum.
